Andrew Ferguson

Andrew is the Founder & CEO of Redwood Endeavors, the Founder of Redwood Fellows, and the Co-Founder of The Neighborhood. Prior to creating Redwood in 2025, Andrew served as Co-CEO of Dalio Education and he co-founded the RISE Network and the Connecticut Opportunity Project. He is a Pahara Fellow and Redwood Fellow, and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. He serves on the boards of the Community Mindfulness Project and Friends Center for Children.

Stefan Pryor

Stefan is currently in his second round of service as Rhode Island’s Secretary of Commerce. In between his terms as Commerce Secretary, he served as Rhode Island’s Secretary of Housing and as a Partner at Palm Venture Studios, an impact investment firm. Before his work in Rhode Island, Stefan was Connecticut’s Commissioner of Education, Newark’s Deputy Mayor and Director of Economic and Housing Development, and President of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation.

Dr. Khalilah L. Brown-Dean is the Rob Rosenthal Distinguished Professor of Civic Engagement and Executive Director of the Allbritton Center for the Study of Public Life at Wesleyan University. She also hosts the award-winning radio show and podcast DISRUPTED for Connecticut Public Radio. Khalilah serves on the boards of New England Donor Services and the Connecticut Mirror. She is a Redwood Fellow.

Erik Clemons

Erik is the founding CEO and President of two New Haven based organizations, ConnCAT and ConnCORP. Erik has an extensive background in nonprofit management and organizational leadership. He is a Pahara Fellow and Redwood Fellow.

Dr. Karen DuBois-Walton

Karen is the President and CEO of the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. Prior to joining the Community Foundation in 2025, Karen served for over 17 years as President of Elm City Communities/Housing Authority of the City of New Haven. She serves as the Chair of the Board of the Melville Charitable Trust and she is the immediate Past Chair of the Connecticut State Board of Education. She is a Redwood Fellow.

Joe DeLong

Joe is the Executive Director and CEO of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities. Prior to joining CCM in April 2015, Joe served as a State House Majority Leader and Chief Executive of a $100 million public/private corporation.
