Redwood Fellows
Launched in 2025, Redwood Fellows is a growing statewide community of 85 influential leaders representing 12 professional sectors and 42 towns and cities across Connecticut. We are multi-generational and half of our community identify as Leaders of Color. We represent multiple viewpoints, ideologies, and affiliations. We forge trusting relationships across lines of difference to establish common ground. We embrace the opportunity to build a community that transcends differences and strengthens Connecticut.
The Neighborhood
Launched in 2026, The Neighborhood supports Connecticut's most active volunteers and civic leaders by building a statewide peer community that makes problems more solvable, solutions more scalable, and civic impact more sustainable. The goal isn't just to support the people already showing up—it's to increase the number of people actively serving their communities by making service visible, valued, and easier to sustain over the long run.
